When purchasing tickets, you can choose either 11 AM or 5 PM. Please note that you can arrive anytime between 11 AM and 4 PM for the daytime fun, and between 5 PM and 10 PM for the evening scares!

When purchasing a ticket, please note that tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organiser (Luji Events). If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date or refundable upon request within 7 days only.

Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes and there are no surcharges. Once you’ve paid, we won’t increase the price of your tickets. However, prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to treat our staff, team, security, actors, and other visitors with courtesy and respect. Failure to comply with this rule will result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without compensation. Due to the nature of the event, you will also be asked to refrain from touching the actors, and they will not touch you. For your and others’ safety, if you are found touching the actors, you may be removed from the site.

If you need to exit and re-enter the event at any time during your visit please ensure that you obtain a hand-stamp prior to exiting the event. Also make sure you have your ticket to present upon re-entry if asked.

Please make sure you have your tickets available whilst in the event and make these available for inspection if required by security, staff or a member of the event team. Failure to comply could result in being removed from the event.

Our scare attractions and various external evening immersive elements may incorporate strobe lights, lighting effects, smoke machines, loud noises, darkness, confined spaces, live actors, and scares. We strongly advise against these elements for individuals with epilepsy, heart conditions, respiratory problems, claustrophobia, nyctophobia, those of a nervous disposition, or those who are pregnant. If you are considering attending the event, please consult your doctor. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you assume sole responsibility for your own health and safety, particularly in relation to your health conditions.

Tickets are only valid for the specific time and date you purchased them. Please do not use your ticket for another date or time. Day tickets are valid between 11 AM and 4 PM, while Evening tickets are valid between 5 PM and 10 PM. If you're unable to attend your booked date but can attend on another valid event day (29th–31st October or 1st–2nd November 2025), we may be able to transfer your ticket. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse the request to move your booking to another date if necessary.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to any terms, policies, and FAQs displayed on our website, Eventbrite, or across our marketing channels.

During the day, all ages are welcome to enjoy the wholesome Halloween spooky fun, but in the evening we strictly instruct that those over the age of 13+ will only be able to attend. Those that are age 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). We reserved the right to ID anyone attending, and to question the legal age of the adult responsible for those under the age of 15. When purchasing tickets on behalf of another individual, you must accept these terms on their behalf and ensure they comply with them.

By purchasing a ticket to Spookesbury, you acknowledge and agree that photography and videography will take place during your visit. We reserve the right to capture images and video footage across the entire event site and for the entire duration of Spookesbury for promotional purposes. These images and videos will be used in marketing and promotion, and by purchasing a ticket, you waive any rights to compensation for their use in promotional materials.

You acknowledge and agree that when we process your ticket order, we may collect and retain information about you, such as contact details and bank account details. We may also need to share this information with third parties for example Eventbrite. We will only use your details in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.spookesbury.com/privacy-policy.

We reserve the right to apply various discounts, special promotions and change the price of tickets. If you purchase a ticket prior to price changes, you will not be refunded any monies if the ticket has since been reduced in price.

By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge that Spookesbury (Luji Events Ltd) is not liable for any injury or damage caused, and that you use these premises and facilities at your own risk.

Upon arrival, all ticket holders will receive a wristband granting entry to the event. Guests who have purchased a Scare Package will be issued a different wristband, which provides access to our scare walkthrough experiences. This wristband will be used by staff to check off each walkthrough, as each guest is allowed one round per scare experience.

Please ensure you're wearing the correct wristband—without a Scare wristband, entry to the scare zones will not be permitted. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Day and night concessions are available for eligible individuals, including students with a valid student ID, people aged 65 and over, and valid Blue Light Card holders.

We have a strict alcohol policy in place for this event. Guests will not be permitted to enter our scare walk-through experiences while carrying alcohol. All other liquids must be either packed away in a bag and closed, or finished before entry. For the safety of all guests and our scare team, our staff also reserve the right to refuse entry if they believe you are too intoxicated to safely participate in the experience.
